Delete your FORGEN account

1. App and developer

This page is for the FORGEN mobile app (Android and iOS) and the forgen.app website. If you have a FORGEN account, you can use this page to request deletion of your account and associated data.

2. How to request deletion (steps)

Option A — In the FORGEN app: 1) Open FORGEN and sign in. 2) Go to Profile → Account. 3) Choose Delete account. 4) Confirm. We process the request immediately or within 30 days.

Option B — By email (if you uninstalled the app or cannot sign in): email support@forgen.app from the same address as your FORGEN account. Subject: “Delete FORGEN account”. Include the account email. We will confirm and delete the account within 30 days.

You do not need the app installed to use option B.

3. Data that is deleted

When your FORGEN account is deleted we remove: email and login credentials; display name, profile photo, and preferences; workouts, sets, routines, nutrition, water, metrics, PRs, and recovery map; social activity (friends, posts, leaderboard standing) and student-mode data tied to your account; notification tokens; AI Coach history linked to your user.

If you signed in with Google or Apple, deleting FORGEN does not close your Google or Apple account. You can revoke FORGEN’s access in that account’s settings.

4. Data that may be retained and for how long

Technical backups: up to 30 days, only for disaster recovery; then they are overwritten or destroyed.

Security or abuse logs (e.g. IP or device identifiers): for the minimum time needed, normally no more than 90 days.

Billing: if you paid, Google Play, the App Store, or the payment processor may keep receipts under their tax rules. FORGEN does not store full card numbers.

Aggregated data that no longer identifies you (usage stats) may remain. Content you made visible to others (e.g. a PR on a friend’s feed) may stop showing your name, but a copy on someone else’s device is outside our control.
